Feeding a group is stressful. You've got dietary restrictions, picky eaters, budget concerns, and the very specific anxiety of being the person who picked the lunch and doesn't want to hear about it for the next three weeks. Town Hero catering was designed to solve all of that in one call.
We've fed offices, birthday parties, school events, sports teams, construction crews, and wedding showers. We've done it at 8 people and we've done it at 200. Here's how we do it and why it works.
What We Offer for Catering
๐ฅ Sub Platters
Full-size and half-size subs, sliced and arranged on platters for easy serving. Mix and match any menu items. Great for corporate spreads and parties where people want to pick their own.
๐ฆ Boxed Lunches
Individual boxes with a half sub, side, and drink. Labeled by order. Zero confusion, zero drama. Corporate events love these because everyone gets exactly what they asked for.
๐ฏ Wrap Platters
Wrap versions of our most popular builds, sliced and fanned. Works great for events with people who prefer lighter options. Looks impressive on a table.
๐ญ Hero Dog Stations
Set up a Hero Dog bar. We bring the Sabrett dogs, the toppings, the sauces. People build their own. Incredible for parties and sports events. Always a hit.
Types of Events We've Catered
We've learned something from every catering job we've done. Each type of event has its own rhythm and its own needs:
- Corporate offices โ People want individual packaging, clear labeling, quick service. They're on a lunch break. Efficiency matters. Boxed lunches are the move.
- Birthday parties โ Variety wins. A platter with five different sub options means everyone leaves happy. Don't forget the Hero Dogs โ they always steal the show.
- School events โ Keep it familiar. Italian subs, turkey and cheese, meatball parm. Kids eat these without complaint. Parents appreciate the quality upgrade over pizza.
- Sports teams โ Go big. These people are hungry. Platters, extra sides, the Dorito Bowl. Budget for the fact that athletes eat twice as much as office workers.
- Construction crews and job sites โ Hearty builds, no fuss packaging, can withstand a 15-minute drive to the site. Our wraps and boxed lunches were built for this.
Pricing Range and Minimum Orders
Our catering minimum is 8 people. For groups of 8โ20, give us 24 hours notice and we'll make it happen. For groups of 20+, we recommend 48โ72 hours notice to make sure everything is perfect. We've handled same-day calls for emergencies โ just call the store directly and ask what's possible.
Rough budget planning: most corporate catering orders run $12โ$18 per person all-in. Birthday parties tend to hit $10โ$14 per person depending on the build. Custom setups like Hero Dog bars and large platters vary โ call us at (561) 582-4105 or email us at townherosubs@gmail.com.
